  • The magic starts the minute you book in your initial appointment. We’ll discuss your desired sales outcome, collate sales data specific to your address and present this to you in our first consultation to assist with the next steps.

    If design and renovation works are required to maximise the sales result, our team will put together a full scope of works, budget and program. This will also include an expectant sales price range as a result of the capital contributions.

    We target a minimum of a 200% Return of Investment (ROI).

    *Renovation works are not always required to maximise a sales result. This can be achieved in other avenues and this will be discussed at the initial consultation.
